The Fraserside Community Services Society invites applications for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As a member of the Fraserside Community Services Society Management team, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and guiding the provision of Human Resource services, policies and procedures for the Agency.
Accountable to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will:
- Work collaboratively with the members of the Leadership Team to implement HR policies and the Collective Agreement.
- Oversee performance management, compensation benefits, succession planning and agency communication.
- Assist to resolve HR issues, within the Collective Agreement.
- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to the organizational decision-making regarding the management of resources and operations.
Qualifications: University Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources-related discipline. CHRP designation is an asset. Extensive experience in Human Resources leadership, demonstrating progressive professional growth. Additional training in leadership and management, preferably in the not for profit sector. Knowledge of work within a union environment, including familiarity with administering a Collective Agreement.
Salary range: .5 FTE position (18.75 hours/week) – $27,500 - $32,500 per annum.
