ARBI – Making Life Better
ARBI is a recognized pioneer in community brain injury rehabilitation. As the only non-profit community agency that provides longer-term rehabilitation and family support for survivors of severe acquired brain injury, ARBI recognizes the growing community need for such programs. The ARBI approach blends science and compassion to create hope for survivors through intensive, community-based rehabilitation and family support. The agency has been built on the core values instilled by its founder years ago that all individuals deserve to live their best possible life and should be active community participants.
With your passion for being a part of, and serving the community, you are seeking a fulfilling leadership mission to engage and inspire you. As Executive Director of ARBI, your mission will be to champion the delivery of programs that provide traumatic brain injury survivors with a second chance at life. You will work alongside the volunteer Board of Directors as well as other community agencies and resources to develop and realize the strategic vision of ARBI. Managing a budget in excess of $2 million, you will oversee all operations, mentor and coach staff, engage in fund development and external communications, and interact with clients, volunteers and the broader community.
You are known for fostering relationships, promoting inclusivity, developing trust and empowering those around you to achieve success. This is your opportunity to inspire this unique organization to deliver on its vision and to work toward enriching the lives of survivors and their families.
